So you’re looking to start an online business and drive lots of traffic to your site? Well if you choose to receive thousands a week like my team and I have with the Global Gifting System, then there are a lot of tips I can give you to help boost your success.

But first, let me express how very important it is to master SEO to get the best results for your business, before you attempt any marketing. So lets start from the beginning and I’ll explain what SEO is.

SEO stands for:

Search

Engine

Optimization

Basically what this means, is that to succeed in cash gifting you first should ask “What do I need to do to get my website to rank as close as possible to the first position on Google, Yahoo, Msn, etc..”

We’ll use Google for this case.

All Cash gifting websites want their site to be on the top of Google when someone is searching for the global gifting system or whatever cash gifting program your in. The search engines pick up on several factors about your site to determine where you will be placed. So lets start with Keywords.

When you go to google.com there is a box on the page that allows you to type in what your searching for, press “google search” and your on your way. The text you type into that box is what is called “keywords”. So you first should determine which words are used to search for your site. The main keywords for cash gifting are of course “cash gifting“. There are also other popular keywords such as individual gifting programs like “Abundant Living System“, “The Peoples program“, and of course the popular “Global Gifting System“. So if your in one of these particular programs it’s a good idea to use plenty of the program title as your keywords. Choose what is the main page your wanting people to find first on your site, then you can begin adding your keyword to that page. You can’t just type the same keywords over and over because the search engines will detect this as spam and ignore you. The ideal amount of keywords you should add are about 3% – 5% for your page. So if you have an entire page of quality content, make sure you have no more that 5% keywords. There’s a great software program called “IBP & Arelis”, if you get a chance purchase this program and use it to help you sort through you keywords and help you create top SEO results.

Back links are also very important. The more links you have linking back to you from other websites, the more Google thinks your popular and moves you up quicker. So to create tons of links try various things like:

*creating a lot of cash gifting videos and submit them to various video sharing sites.

*Create articles on the global gifting system, like I have done, with your link attached.

*Submit your link to search engines ( there are tons of them ).

The more ideas you can think of to add your link out there, the more it helps to build your success.

**Meta Tags**

Defined as: “A HTML tag that provides information about the web page. Meta tags may contain information about what the page is about”

These are similar to keywords and are instead added to the title of the search result that you will find when searching through Google. Depending on what program you use to create your website there are different ways to add the meta tags. I use Yahoo site builder and it is real easy to simply type in the search title I wish to appear, add a website description, then add keywords. If you are uncertain on how to add meta tags to your site, refer to your “help” section.

These are just a few ideas to help you achieve the top search engine results. My advice for those in cash gifting, and anyone starting a business, is that you work on mastering SEO and create the best optimized webpage you can and then move into marketing. This way you ensure to get the best results every time.

We all know clicking on ads in a free traffic exchange can be very boring, monotonous and can take a lot of time. If you have your own niche website, then you already differentiated yourself from the pack. If you are an affiliate marketer, then you need to make yourself a good splash page to capture the leads attention and get them to click through to your site. This is the key having success with Free Traffic Exchanges.

One way to use free traffic exchanges to your advantage is to join a few at first, and see if your sales pick up. If your sales aren’t doing well, then test out a few more. When you do find a few traffic exchanges that appear to be generating sales for you, then narrow those down until you find the ones that are working. Now concentrate your efforts on those because they’re the ones you want. Things may change and sales may start to fall. You must always be watching your results. If or when sales start falling, it is time to change your splash page or design another one. Always design 2 at a time and measure the results from both. This way you can scrap the ones that don’t get a very good click through and keep the ones that convert.

Getting free traffic to your website is a lot of work. If you don’t have the money to spend on full blown PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns like Google AdWords, free traffic exchanges are a great way to get the traffic you need to succeed.

Now, if you somehow ended up getting a ton of traffic, but it all came from people looking for alien conspiracy theories, well… you’d undoubtedly notice that most of your visitors just leave your website immediately since it is not what they were looking for.

Admittedly, that is a slightly wild example, but it serves to illustrate the point fairly well. Even if your visitors were looking for something more closely related to your niche, such as dog training tips, or dog healthcare tips; the end result would be the same once they discover that you are not offering what they want.

Due to this, you want the traffic that does get to your website to consist of people who actually want to learn about dog grooming and are genuinely interested in it. If you can get a steady stream of such people flowing in, then without a doubt your conversion rate would be higher.

Actually, you could conceivably obtain traffic that is even more targeted.

Assuming you have monetized your blog to sell eBooks about dog grooming, then if the traffic that goes to your website consists of mostly people who already intend to buy resources about dog grooming – well, that would be very ideal.

At the end of the day, the more tightly focused and targeted your traffic is, the greater your results.
